Job summary:
Main Role:
Responsible for recruitment for Blue collars & white collars.
Handle Company recruitment process (Posting Ads, Screen, filter & conduct Phone or in person).
Make an appointments for interview with HR Manager.
Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents.
Assist in training needs.
Other Tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a same position in retail field.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent command of using MS office tools especially Excel.
• Ability to deal with different age ranges and backgrounds.
Job type: Full time
Location: El-Nozha El-Gededa, Cairo.
Working Hours: 8hrs. from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 6 days per week, Friday off.
Benefits: Contract, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Warm environment and Business Line.
Salary: Negotiable.
