Responsibilities :
1-Organize and schedule appointments.
2-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
3-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
4-Develop and maintain a filing system.
5-Submit a monthly basics report of employee vacation balance.
6-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
7-Maintain contact lists.
8-Book travel arrangements.
9-Submit and reconcile expense reports.
10-Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Job Requirements:
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience 3 : 5 years as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Secretary or Office Manager.
Fluency In English is a Must
Gender : MALE only .
