Is needed to be hired in Alex apparels readymade garments offices located in (AL Agamy & Al Seouf)
– Responsible for recruiting Blue Collars, screening, headhunting, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
-Posting job ads and screening applicants resumes and job applications.
-Scheduling job interviews, assessments and assisting in interview process.
– Enrolling & participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events.
– Presenting monthly reports of recruitment process.
-Bachelor degree is a must.
-experience needed: 0-2 years.
– Excellent communication skill.
-Familiar with different recruitment channels.
-6 days/week (Friday off)
-working hours 9 AM to 5 PM
