• Job Requirements:-

– Exp: 0-1 year as a Trainer or even at student activities.
– Bachelor’s degree
– Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Excellent leadership skills.
– Excellent command of English
– MS office skills.
– TOT is a plus.
– Maximum age: 28.
• Job Description:-
1- Responsible for training the new hires in sales department to give them soft skills, full information about realme and the technical training about realme’s product sales skills.
2- Responsible for giving training of new models specifications and following promoters before mobiles and accessories being released in the market.
3- Responsible for maintaining and developing the training materials to be fit in Egyptian market.
4- Do inspection twice per week, reporting and determining all promoters needs (outdoor).
5- Determine and solve problems of the area that trainer is responsible for.
6- Summarize all changes before and after training in the area that trainer is responsible for.
